One email address, read by the people who build the tools. There is no ticket system to navigate and no chatbot in between.
Plain email is best. We usually reply within two business days. Never send the file you were converting — it is private, and we do not need it to reproduce most problems.
A tool is not working
Include the tool name, your browser and operating system, the file type and size, and what you expected to happen. Do not attach the file itself.
Suggest a tool
Tell us the file problem you are trying to solve and the format you start from. Tools are prioritised by how many people hit the same problem.
Privacy or advertising
For data questions, ad placement reports or policy matters, use the same address with “Privacy” or “Advertising” in the subject line.
FormatFlow is a free service. Reports of incorrect conversions or incorrect claims on a tool page are treated as the highest priority.
